How to make your Green Smoothie:

  1. Peel and chop the cucumber:

    Using a peeler, or a knife, peel the skin off the cucumber. Then chop into small cubes and add to the blender.

  2. Wash and chop the celery sticks:

    Run your kitchen tap on cold and hold the celery under the water. Gently rub to ensure a thorough wash and rinse. Then, chop the celery into small chunks and place into the blender.

  3. Cut and separate the avocado:

    Cut a slice into the avocado skin vertically (all around) using a sharp knife. Then use the knife to remove the seed. Once this is done, use a spoon to remove half of the avocado and place it into the blender.

  4. Wash your spinach:

    Using the same method as the celery, wash the spinach.

  5. Add the plant milk and water to the blender:

    using the correct measurements, add the plant milk and water to the blender.

  6. Blend to a liquid:

    Turn on the blender and blend into a smooth liquid. And you are done!

    It's optional to add ice at this point, it makes the smoothie more refreshing! Add either before or after blending.
