What You Will Need:

How To Prep And Cook:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts and add seasoning.

Use a sharp knife to slice the chicken breasts into 1-2cm pieces. Then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of your chosen seasoning and sprinkle over the chicken. Once you feel that you have added enough seasoning - rub it in! (remember to wash your hands after this)

  2. Heat up the wok/frying pan and cook your chicken.

Add a tablespoon of your chosen frying oil to your Wok or frying pan. Place on your hob and set to a high heat (gas mark 5, or around 450 degrees), then add your chicken and let it fry away while you prep the rest of your meal! (make sure to keep turning your chicken to ensure it cooks all the way through and doesn't burn!) You should leave your chicken on the heat until it is white all the way through - the time this takes may vary depending on the amount of chicken you have in your pan.

  3. Prep your vegetables!

Using a sharp knife, cut up your veg into small pieces. Put the vegetables straight into the frying pan with the chicken and let it cook alongside. Wait about 5-10 minutes and then add your peppers, onions and mushrooms. at this point, you should also add the last tablespoon of seasoning and mix everything into the pan.

  4. Let it cook.

Wait around 5 more minutes keep stirring, and check that the chicken is cooked.

  5. Add the egg noodles!

Almost there! Add your fry-cook egg noodles to the pan and break them up. keep stirring for 2-3 minutes and the noodles will start to soften. After they have started to soften you can leave them so simmer for another few minutes.

  6. Add your noodle sauce and sesame seeds.

At this point the meal is ready! You just need to add in your chosen sauce and mix it well. Don't take the pan off the heat and allow time for the sauce to heat up. Once you are happy with this you can dish up, sprinkle on your sesame seeds and enjoy!
