  1. Peel & chop the carrots

    Peel the carrots, and chop them into small cubes - This will make them easier to blend!

  2. Peel & chop the cucumber

    Peel the cucumber, again, chop this into small cubes to make it easier to blend.

  3. Remove the core from the apple

    Removing the core of the apple avoids any pips from getting into the smoothie, it also ensures that you only get the soft bits of the apple.

  4. Add all ingredients to the blender

    Apart from the ice, you should now add all of your ingredients into the blender, and blend until the mix turns to a smooth liquid.
