Your medication is sent via a cold-chain-assured delivery service, with specialist packaging designed to keep it at the correct temperature throughout transit. This ensures your treatment arrives safely, in optimal condition, and ready to be stored in your fridge as soon as it’s delivered.

We dispatch every order within 24 hours once it's been approved by one of our clinicians. It will arrive within 2-3 business days.

In order to ensure safe delivery of your medication, we only use signature services for your delivery. Therefore, someone must be home to receive and sign for your order. It does not have to be yourself, but it will require an adult to be on the premises to receive it. Please make sure someone is available to do this so that you can receive your treatment on time.

We provide full tracking information with every order. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you to confirm it’s on its way, along with a tracking link so you can follow its progress. You can also log into your account at any time to check your order status and see the latest updates.

You should place your medication straight in the fridge. It needs to be kept between 2°C to 8°C.

Yes! Someone needs to receive and sign for your order, but it doesn't need to be you.
