Ingredients
Serves 1
Extra-lean beef sirloin, thinly sliced
120 g
Tenderstem broccoli
150 g
Shredded white cabbage
80 g
Edamame beans
40 g
Clove garlic, minced
1
Grated ginger
1 tsp
Reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp
Oyster sauce
1 tsp
Rice vinegar
1 tsp
Sesame oil
1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds
Spring onion, sliced
Cooking spray
Method - Cook
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil as a sauce
- Spray a wok or large pan with cooking spray, heat until very hot
- Flash-fry beef strips for 2 minutes until browned, remove from pan
- Add garlic, ginger, broccoli, cabbage, and edamame, stir-fry for 4 minutes
- Return beef to pan, pour over sauce, toss everything together for 1 minute
- Serve in a bowl, garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion
