Part 1

Even if coming off your weight loss medication feels like a long way off right now, having the right tools in place before that day arrives makes all the difference. Module 9 focuses on preparing you for that transition so you're ready when it comes.

Maeve explains the three key principles for life after medication: understanding how your appetite will change, using protein to help manage hunger, and building a simple 3-part plate structure that keeps your meals balanced even when the medication is no longer doing the work for you.
