High-Protein Baked Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients
- 190g flour
- 60g chocolate protein powder (or protein powder of choice)
- 250 ml milk (almond milk used)
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100g dark chocolate chips (mixed in at the end)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, protein powder, milk, mashed banana, and sugar into a smooth batter.
- Fold in chocolate chips (optional).
- Pour into a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 14 minutes, allow to cool, then slice.

Ingredients
Pancakes:

Cherry topping:
- 1 punnet cherries, stones removed
- 50 ml water
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method
- Whisk all pancake ingredients (except oil and cherries) into a thick, smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook pancakes in batches until golden.
- Simmer cherries with water and sugar for 2 minutes, then cool.
- Serve pancakes topped with warm cherries.
