Using a peeler, or a knife, peel the skin off the cucumber. Then chop into small cubes and add to the blender.
Run your kitchen tap on cold and hold the celery under the water. Gently rub to ensure a thorough wash and rinse. Then, chop the celery into small chunks and place into the blender.
Cut a slice into the avocado skin vertically (all around) using a sharp knife. Then use the knife to remove the seed. Once this is done, use a spoon to remove half of the avocado and place it into the blender.
Using the same method as the celery, wash the spinach.
using the correct measurements, add the plant milk and water to the blender.
Turn on the blender and blend into a smooth liquid. And you are done!
