Using a knife, chop the strawberries and bananas into small 1cm cubes. This will make it easier and faster to blend. If you opt for frozen strawberries, you can put them in a plastic food bag and smash them with a rolling pin.
Put both the oats and Kefir milk into your blender and allow the oats to soften while you prep the rest of your shake.
Get a plastic food bag and fill this up with your ice. Use a rolling pin to crush the ice.
Put all of the ingredients into your blender, at this point, you should have an idea of the size of the portion - if it doesn't seem like enough you can add more strawberries and milk.
Blend the shake until it's at a smooth creamy consistency. Pour it into your favourite cup and enjoy!
