Ingredients for mini eggs overnight oats:
  • 40 grams Plain oats
  • 3 teaspoons Greek Yogurt (heaped)
  • 80 milliliters Milk (Any type)
  • 4-5 Crushed Mini Eggs
  • 2-3 drops Vanilla extract
  • 10 milligrams Melted milk chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coconut oil
How to prep and make your mini eggs overnight oats
  1. Add the Oats, Yogurt and Milk to a bowl:

Mix the contents of the bowl to your desired consistency.

You could also use a flavoured protein yogurt!
  2. Add in the crushed Mini Eggs:

Once the Mini Eggs are in the bowl, you can add the Vanilla extract (2-3 drops).

  3. Put the mixture into a small tub or glass:

You can use anything. Using a glass means you can see the tasty creation!

  4. Melt the Milk Chocolate:

Put the chocolate and coconut oil into a jug and microwave on a low wattage until melted. Once melted, gently pour over the oats mix so that it creates a shell on top of the oats.

  5. Add your toppings and refrigerate:

Add 3 more Mini Eggs (or more if you desire) on top of the chocolate. Then, refrigerate overnight!

You can also leave this in the freezer for 30 minutes until the chocolate solidifies, But the oats are better if left overnight in the fridge!
