Heat your oven to between 180 degrees & 200 degrees.
Put the potatoes in the oven, and let them bake for 45 - 55 minutes.
Slice the pepper, onion, mushrooms and jalapenos into small cubes/slices.
After about 30 minutes, fry your mince and high heat until it turns brown. Remember to drain the fatty oils from the pan once this is done.
Add your pre-prepped veggies to the pan with the minced beef and allow them to fry. Fry until the onions turn golden brown.
Empty the jar of chilli sauce into the frying pan. To ensure you get all the sauce, fill the empty jar 1/4 full with water, close the lid and shake. Then pour this into the pan. Turn the pan's heat down to medium heat and allow the sauce to heat up.
Start with small sprinkles and stir into the chilli until it reaches your desired spice.
After the 45-55 minutes, take the potatoes out of the oven. Cut a cross into the top of the potatoes and open them up.
Once your potatoes are ready, scoop the chilli con carne onto the potatoes.
