Ingredients for a Berry Blast Smoothie:
  • 100 grams of Mixed frozen berries
  • 5 Frozen grapes
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon of Maple syrup
  • 100 milliliters of Plant milk (Almond milk has the least amount of calories!)
  • 150 milliliters of Water
  • 1 Handful of Ice
  • Any Blender
How to prep your Berry Blast Smoothie:
  1. Chop the ingredients:

    Carefully chop the frozen grapes in half to make them easier to blend and chop the Banana into small slices.

  2. Add all ingredients to the blender:

    Add all your prepped ingredients to the blender besides the ice. Blend until it reaches a smooth consistency, and pour into any cup. Then add your ice - most importantly, enjoy!
